I heard about Keto Frog by word of mouth. Figured I'd give it a try. As part of my routine I have to cook large volumes of chicken for the gym. On it's own it's bland, and other rubs are filled with all sorts of horrible things. At that point - why bother? So I bought a bottle of the All Purpose Frog Rub. There was an issue with shipping but Alex B handled it in a strong and professional way, and my order arrived within 2 weeks of purchase. It tastes like the seasonings listed on the bottle (probably because it's made with them - unlike the other guys!!). I added salt, but salt preference is individual. 9/10

The soy teriyaki garlic is simply the best. No need to marinade for hours just put this on and it will turn anything delicious.

Delicious and versatile rub. I have tried all three rubs now (get the summer starter pack!) on pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, and now tofu and it is so tasty. It elevates everything you put it on and is packed with flavor and clean ingredients. Whether or not you’re keto, this is a must!!

Top notch seasoning, and gets better the longer you let it marinate.... a dry rub that creates a sort of delicious sauce with small pieces of garlic on the surface of whatever I cook (my favorites are grilled salmon and beef). Even though there is no sugar, the rub has this kind of natural sweetness that makes it perfectly balanced. Will be buying again soon

The rubs are delicious, no other way to put it. The ket-o-que rub includes a few traditional bbq flavors along with warm spices that really elevate the experience. So much better than the boring bbq rubs that seem to just sell you chili powder and salt. The all purpose is more complex than your average seasoning and went great on grilled veggies.
Lastly, the soy garlic really takes the cake - strong soy flavor with little nuggets of crushed garlic, tied together with a subtle warmth of ginger. Unlike anything I've had before, and definitely worth a try.

Very highly recommend - all 3 rubs go well on both vegetables and chicken/meat. My favorite was the Soy-Garlic Teriyaki - has a ton of flavor.

As a person who has to limit sugar intake, this seasoning takes the cake. Unfortunately most brands on the market love to dump sugar into their products, even with a regular BBQ sauce, that also has a high sugar content. This seasoning is a game changer, goes really well on beef, definitely let it sit for a bit to penetrate and let that sucker bake it in. Will order again soon! Hopefully they make a larger size of this, I foresee using this all the time in grilling! Kudos guys!

I used this to marinate my shrimp. Not only was it tasty but it didn’t have that artificial taste I feel like a lot of the generics have. So SO good and I’m buying another flavor.

It’s crazy to me how this blend has all the flavors you need for the perfect BBQ rub without all the harsh sugars, but still has a subtle and pleasant sweetness! How do they do it?!
