I heard about Keto Frog by word of mouth. Figured I'd give it a try. As part of my routine I have to cook large volumes of chicken for the gym. On it's own it's bland, and other rubs are filled with all sorts of horrible things. At that point - why bother? So I bought a bottle of the All Purpose Frog Rub. There was an issue with shipping but Alex B handled it in a strong and professional way, and my order arrived within 2 weeks of purchase. It tastes like the seasonings listed on the bottle (probably because it's made with them - unlike the other guys!!). I added salt, but salt preference is individual. 9/10

The soy teriyaki garlic is simply the best. No need to marinade for hours just put this on and it will turn anything delicious.

Top notch seasoning, and gets better the longer you let it marinate.... a dry rub that creates a sort of delicious sauce with small pieces of garlic on the surface of whatever I cook (my favorites are grilled salmon and beef). Even though there is no sugar, the rub has this kind of natural sweetness that makes it perfectly balanced. Will be buying again soon
